These terms govern the relationship between LendSpace coworking (the "Coworking") and any person purchasing access to the workspace (the "Client"). By paying for a plan or starting to use the space, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. Scope
The Coworking provides the Client with access to an equipped workspace at Sherif Khimshiashvili st 4, Batumi, to the extent covered by the plan purchased.
Every plan includes:
- a desk in the open space or one reserved for the Client, depending on the plan;
- Wi-Fi internet access;
- use of the printer and scanner;
- tea, coffee and light refreshments in the lounge;
- access to the quiet zone and the open terrace.
2. Plans and opening hours
The following plans are available:
- Day — ₾30. An open-space desk, printer and scanner access.
- Week — ₾150. A dedicated desk, a personal locker and 60 minutes of meeting room time.
- Month — ₾490. A dedicated desk, a personal locker and 240 minutes of meeting room time.
The Coworking is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Access is granted during these hours; the space is closed at all other times.
Week and month plans run for consecutive calendar days from the start date given by the Client at payment. Days the Client does not attend are not carried over and do not extend the plan.
3. Booking and payment
Requests are made through the website, Telegram or WhatsApp. The Client provides their first name, last name, email address and intended start date.
Payment is made online through the Keepz payment service, in Georgian lari (GEL). The Coworking neither receives nor stores the Client's card details; these are handled by the payment service.
A service is considered paid once funds are received. The payment service receipt serves as confirmation.
4. Meeting room
The meeting room is booked online for a chosen time. Clients on the Week and Month plans use the time included in their plan; beyond that, and for all other Clients, the meeting room is charged separately at current rates.
A booking may be cancelled or moved no later than 24 hours before it starts. If cancelled later, the booked time counts as used.
5. House rules
While in the Coworking, the Client agrees to:
- keep the quiet zone quiet and not disturb other residents' work;
- take phone and video calls in the areas designated for them;
- treat the furniture, equipment and other property with care;
- not pass their desk or access on to anyone else;
- not use the space for any activity prohibited under Georgian law;
- follow staff instructions regarding order and safety.
In case of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, the Coworking may end the Client's access without refunding the remaining term.
6. Liability
The Coworking keeps desks, equipment and internet access in working order during opening hours. Brief interruptions to internet or equipment caused by external suppliers do not count as a failure to perform.
The Client is responsible for their own belongings. The Coworking is not liable for personal items, documents or equipment left unattended. The personal locker available on the Week and Month plans is intended for storage during the term of the plan.
Damage caused to the Coworking's property through the Client's fault is compensated by the Client at the cost of repair or replacement.
7. Personal data
The Coworking processes the first name, last name, email address, phone number and visit date provided by the Client. This data is used solely to arrange access, contact the Client and keep a record of visits.
Data is not shared with third parties, except with the payment service to the extent needed to process a payment. The Client may request deletion of their data by writing to the email address below.
The website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous visit statistics.
8. Changes to these terms
The Coworking may amend these terms and its prices. The current version is always published on this page. Plans already paid for are governed by the terms in force at the time of payment.
9. Refunds
Refund conditions and timeframes are set out separately in theRefund Policy.
10. Disputes
The parties will seek to resolve any disagreement through negotiation. Failing that, the dispute is settled in accordance with the law of Georgia.
